Refund policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply to sale items too.

If something is wrong with your order

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email contact@gymconcoction.com.au with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you. If we ask you to send it back, we'll repay your reasonable return postage.

Change of mind

We also accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Email us first at contact@gymconcoction.com.au. You pay the return postage, and we refund the product price once it reaches us.

Subscriptions

You can change or cancel a subscription at any time. Our Cancellation policy explains how.

Refunds

We'll email you once we've received and checked your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

To swap a product, return it under this policy and place a new order.
